Staff Pharmacist Manager Second Shift

Position Summary

The Staff Pharmacist Manager is accountable for second?shift manual dispensing operations within a high?volume, automated home delivery pharmacy environment. This role achieves business results through people, providing oversight and leadership to licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active and in good standing Indiana Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain Indiana licensure within six (6) months of hire
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or influencing teams
• Experience in a fulfillment center a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work second shift (2:30 PM 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday
