What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our therapy team, you will:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

• Provide hands-on therapy and support patients through their rehabilitation journey

• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists

• Help ensure completion and accuracy of therapy documentation

• Support a smooth and efficient patient experience

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

You’ll work closely with experienced therapists in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Active Florida PTA license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset

• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment
