Our affiliate, Pontis Property Management, is an award-winning, vertically integrated, dedicated in-house property management company formed in 2022. Pontis oversees building operations and systems designed to maximize asset performance, enhance the resident experience, and create dynamic communities for our residents and tenants.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Castle Lanterra's multifamily portfolio and corporate brands. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with Operations, onsite teams, and third-party partners to enhance brand visibility, drive leasing performance, and support resident engagement initiatives.

The Marketing Specialist will play an active role in social media management, online reputation management, website and listing optimization, content creation, digital marketing support, collateral development, and community outreach efforts. This position requires a proactive, highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for both creative execution and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and onsite channels.

• Assist in implementing location-based marketing initiatives designed to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and onsite teams to support leasing and occupancy goals through targeted marketing efforts.

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling marketing reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.

Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content for assigned communities and corporate channels.

• Monitor social media platforms, respond to engagement where appropriate, and identify opportunities to increase audience growth and brand awareness.

• Create campaigns promoting community events, leasing specials, resident experiences, and property amenities.

• Stay informed on evolving social media trends and recommend new content opportunities.

Reputation Management

• Monitor online reviews and resident feedback across major review platforms.

• Assist onsite teams in implementing reputation management strategies aimed at improving resident satisfaction and online ratings.

• Support responses to reviews and customer inquiries while ensuring professionalism and brand consistency.

Website & Digital Platform Management

• Maintain and update property websites, Google Business Profiles, Internet Listing Services (ILS), and other digital business listings.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of property information, photography, floor plans, amenity descriptions, and pricing information.

• Assist with troubleshooting website and listing issues in collaboration with vendor partners and technology teams.

• Support SEO initiatives through content updates, metadata optimization, and website enhancements.

Content Development & Brand Support

• Create marketing materials including digital advertisements, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, signage, presentations, and other collateral.

• Support content creation efforts for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and public relations initiatives.

• Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards and messaging guidelines.

• Maintain organized digital asset libraries for corporate and property-level resources.

Community Outreach & Events

• Assist in the planning and promotion of property events, resident engagement initiatives, and local partnerships.

• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, influencers, and community leaders to increase visibility and support leasing initiatives.

• Conduct periodic market visits to assess competitive activity, community opportunities, and local marketing trends.

Performance Reporting & Market Research

• Assist with collecting and analyzing website, social media, advertising, and SEO performance data.

• Support the preparation of monthly performance reports and presentations.

• Monitor competitor marketing strategies, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Team Collaboration & Administrative Support

• Serve as a marketing resource for onsite teams by assisting with marketing requests, materials, and troubleshooting support.

• Coordinate project timelines with vendors, designers, printers, and advertising partners.

• Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

• Assist with implementation and adoption of new marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform additional duties assigned by direct supervisor and upper-level management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of marketing experience; multifamily, property management, real estate, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, content development, and brand management.

• Experience with Google Business Profiles, Internet Listing Services (ILS), social media platforms, and website management.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.

• Strong graphic design capabilities with a demonstrated understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to properties and corporate events as needed.

• Experience with Yardi CRM IQ, RentCafe, Site Manager, or similar property management marketing platforms strongly preferred.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000
