Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Catering and Events Coordinator to support the Catering and Events department in delivering world-class catering, wedding, social and event experiences. The role requires a hospitality-focused degree and at least 1 year of hotel catering/events experience, with Delphi and Amadeus diagramming skills.
