Project Leader

Project Leader-Westport, CT-CTH or FTE Our Project Leader will be responsible for guiding the day-to-day relationship and projects with key clients in the US.

There Are Four Key Areas Of Responsibility:

1. Sales support. This entails project assessment and scoping, estimating and proposal development, capabilities / proposal presentations.
2. High-level project planning and delivery oversight, coordinating the efforts of our offshore teams, onshore teams and communication with clients.
3. Directly driving requirements gathering during early stages of projects.
4. Business analyst. As a member of the larger development team, you will bridge the gap between client stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value.
5. Overall project management and issue resolution

This position requires extensive direct client contact.

• Ensuring Client delivery teams are meeting or exceeding quality standards. Advise delivery teams on how to maximize client satisfaction
• Aggressively responding to client needs and requeststroubleshooting issues when they arise
• Represent client's perspective to delivery team and represent Client's perspective to the client
• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within key accounts ensuring Client is a highly considered partner of choice when it comes to digital delivery
• Identify and develop new opportunities from existing clients

Your Measures Of Success Will Be:

• On-time, on-budget delivery of projects that achieve desired profitability targets for Client
• Ability to extend or grow revenue streams from clients
• Overall client satisfaction as measured by successful deliveries and repeat business
• Internal team development and quality of working relationship with external partners in Argentina and US.

Desired Skills And Experience

The Project Leader must have web and mobile development experience and the technical proficiency to drive projects from requirements gathering / scoping thru delivery (including the remote management of delivery teams in Argentina).

Minimum 3-5 years project leadership experience at a digital agency or professional services firm in a project or product management role. Ideal candidates will have experience managing iOS and Android mobile applications and website development projects.

IoT application project leadership experience a plus.

Understanding of Agile development principles.

Ability to work in MS Project or similar project schedule tools.

Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and remove ambiguity at the start of projects, and the perception and tenacity to drive project issues to resolution throughout the process.

Hands-on experience with developing statements of work and estimates experience in presenting these to clients.

Extensive experience of managing profitable and high revenue client accounts.

Track record and proven ability in building, managing and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams.

Be a smart and articulate professionalable to project confidence and add real value to client relationships.

Have the technical skills and comfort-level with web and mobile technology to troubleshoot projects and directly interact with clients at all stages of a project.

Be entrepreneurial and work independently, be a self-starter. Comfortable with working independently on-site, at client locations, at home or in a small office / highly entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, and annual bonus potential based on mutually agreed upon performance objectives.
