Employee Stock Ownership Plan 401k retirement contribution and company match up to 3.5% 10 days of paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick time Unlimited room for growth Free coffee machine that makes espresso, mochas, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, and more Brand new vending machines full of snacks, sodas, energy drinks, and more What You'll Be Doing: Set up and operate several production machine tools throughout the production process Learn and operate assigned machinery within the manufacturing plant Perform safety checks throughout shift Adjust machine components according to finished product specifications Troubleshoot problems during operations and adjust machine in case of malfunctions or jams Clean machine and assist in performing preventative maintenance Maintain a safety and quality mindset, following all safety and quality policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): High school diploma or GED equivalent Prior experience with operating machinery Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment Prior experience working with an ERP system, within a food or pet food manufacturing facility, and/or working with PLC interfaces is preferred but not required Ability to constantly stand, walk, reach with hands and stooping/kneeling Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment * $21+ per hour
