Senior Audit Associate Our client, Desroches Partners Our client, Desroches Partners, is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join their assurance practice. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in a firm that invests in its people and offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Why Desroches Partners? The firm offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days on-site, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with potential sign‑on bonuses available and a discretionary semi‑annual bonus program. What You Will Do You will lead audit engagements using a risk‑based approach, manage field‑work execution, coach associate‑level team members, and work directly with clients across a diverse portfolio. What We Are Looking For 4‑5 years of public accounting audit experience. CPA license or active CPA candidacy. Demonstrated experience with financial statement preparation. Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS. Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously. Experience supervising team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
