$30-$35/hr Base + $1/hr Overnight Shift Differential

Goodyear Fleet Services is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Lead to support overnight fleet operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Lead Technician, Senior Technician, Shop Lead, Shop Foreman, Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Automotive Service professional who is ready to take on more responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily fleet shop operations during the overnight shift
• Assign work and support technician workflow
• Coach and support technicians
• Perform hands-on vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Perform tire services and basic brake repairs
• Help maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Ensure service records and documentation are accurate
• Work alongside the technician team to keep fleet vehicles operating safely

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of automotive leadership, shop lead, service advisor, or service management experience
• Hands-on experience with automotive maintenance
• Experience with brakes, tires, inspections, or fleet vehicles
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
