Director of Acquisitions - Multifamily

Hirewell's client, a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment firm is looking for a Director OR Senior Associate - Acquisitions to sit in their Dallas, TX office. Our client is HQ'd in Southern CA and they are strategically building out their team in the Dallas market. The Director/Senior Associate of Acquisitions will play a key role in driving multifamily acquisition growth!

**Must live in Dallas, TX to be considered.**

**Must have multifamily acquisition experience to be considered.**

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead financial underwriting and analysis for potential acquisitions, including modeling cash flows, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committee review.
• Manage transaction due diligence, including coordinating third-party reports, legal documentation, and internal stakeholder input.
• Interface with legal counsel, brokers, property managers, and consultants throughout the deal process.
• Collaborate with Asset Management to ensure seamless post-acquisition transition and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Argus, with demonstrated experience building and auditing complex real estate models.
