You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining excellent customer service and high-quality standards. Your role involves managing staff, controlling inventory, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulations to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a medium-sized team to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Schedule staff shifts to optimize coverage and productivity
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting and cost control
• Maintain quality control standards for food and service consistency
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff development
• Maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate supplies and contracts
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Support marketing initiatives to boost restaurant visibility and sales

• Entry-level experience in restaurant management
