As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.74 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 08:45 AM - 04:45 PM Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sun 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as assigned, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Prepare clear and timely reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and support access control and emergency response operations as needed. Minimum Requirements: Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
