Facilities Project Manager

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and facility development, is seeking a Engineering - Project Manager to join their team. As a Engineering - Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting manufacturing operations and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Engineering - Project Manager Location: Meriden, CT Pay Range: $60 What's the Job? Lead capital investment projects supporting manufacturing operations from concept through commissioning Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery Develop project plans, cost estimates, and execution strategies for facility and equipment improvements Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external contractors Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards throughout project lifecycle What's Needed? Technical/Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience or Master's degree with 3 years Experience managing manufacturing equipment and facility improvement projects Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Office and SolidWorks/PDM Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills What's in it for me?
