Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring part-time and full-time Automotive Technicians to provide top-notch service at a Jiffy Lube in Hallandale, FL . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LUBE TECH You arrive each day determined to take excellent care of our customers. Using the training we provide, you correctly identify mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, address customer concerns, and make repairs or replace parts as requested. Your excellent communication skills help you give recommendations for repairs along with proper labor and time estimates. A positive attitude and a commitment to ongoing training are essential for success. Qualifications At least 18 years old Valid driver’s license Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles, including standing for several hours and lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions Excellent mechanical skills and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and in a team environment Exceptional customer service skills No experience? We will teach you everything you need to know. Any previous experience is a plus. WORK SCHEDULE Lube Techs work anywhere from 15–40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status. The typical work schedule varies during our business hours and includes a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts but no late nights.
