In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily logistics operations by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging products for outgoing shipments. What You'll Do:Prepare, pack, and label outgoing items accurately, closely following company shipping protocols and carrier guidelines.Inspect outgoing products for damage, correct quantities, and proper documentation before staging for shipment.Safely use basic warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, tape dispensers, and barcode scanners.Assist with loading outgoing freight onto delivery trucks and courier vehicles.Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stocking and staging materials as needed.Keep an organized, clean, and safe work environment in full compliance with workplace safety standards.What We're Looking For:1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, retail stockroom, logistics, or general labor environment.High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.A highly detail-oriented mindset with the ability to double-check part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels to ensure 100% order accuracy.The ability to safely stand, bend, stretch, and lift packages (typically up to 50 lbs) throughout the duration of your shift.
