?? Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary Assignment | 24/7 Operation
We are currently hiring dependable and professional Support Desk Attendants for a temporary camp operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are customer-service oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so applicants must be available for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
? Job Duties Include:
•\tAnswering and responding to service calls from camp occupants
•\tDispatching contractors for maintenance issues such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
•\tDelivering fresh linens, towels, and supplies to camp rooms
•\tAssisting with bed linen changes when needed
•\tMaintaining communication logs and service records
•\tProviding professional customer service at all times
? Requirements:
•\tProfessional appearance and communication skills
•\tReliable, alert, and able to stay attentive during the entire shift
•\tStrong customer service and problem-solving abilities
•\tMust be able to work independently
•\tValid Driver’s License or Government-Issued ID required
•\tMust pass a background check
•\tMust be able to pass random drug testing if requested
?? Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatching, camp operations, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
?? Important Employment Information:
This is a long-term temporary assignment that could last several months; however, because it is tied to a government contract, the project may end or be canceled at any time. Employment is at-will.
