Serves as the creative visionary and storyteller for assigned photographic projects, setting creative direction and aligning production resources for the delivery of finished work. Manages photographic efforts to align the brand with established business goals, objectives, and strategies. Works collaboratively with Brand Operations and Project Management & Production teams to ensure seamless integration of departmental resources and proper execution of workflow processes. Analyzes business and creative metrics, including market share, consumer perception, customer satisfaction, engagement, and profitability, to establish ROI measurement of creative effectiveness. Aligns with corporate brand standards to enhance and protect the organization's brand and mission reputation. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, recommending changes to photography efforts as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Location: Altamonte Springs, FL with some travel Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Creative – Exceptional artistic vision and creative skills to develop engaging and original work. [Required] Technical Know-How – Knowledge of technical capabilities and requirements associated with directing and producing advanced photography work, including proficiency in photography and design software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other photography software. Expertise with professional still photography and video cameras, equipment, and techniques is essential. [Required] Understanding of Consumer Experience - Intimately familiar with the consumer experience and understand what drives consumer action. [Required] Knowledge of Marketing/Design Trends – Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends. [Required] Time & Project Management - Able to manage time efficiently with experience and capacity to handle multiple projects at once. [Required] Creativity and Authenticity - Be creative and authentic in their beliefs and work. Responsible for the company image – consumers should be able to see that authenticity. [Required] Relationship Minded – Values interpersonal relationships, and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies. [Required] Communication Skills – Possess strong professional and communication skillsets, including effective communication and ability to direct people during still photography, video shoots in industrial settings, and at events. Short-form copywriting skills are also necessary. [Required] Willingness to Travel – Must be willing to travel to various facilities and shoot locations, including travel outside the local state. [Required] Education: Bachelor's [Required] Work Experience: 10+ experience in photography, with demonstrated experience in advertising and journalistic photography.
