Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PCT when census is at 8 or above, no secretary on unit
Type of equipment : Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, Alaris Pumps
Documentation system: Meditech 5.6
Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts/week, every 3rd weekend
Floating policy: Contract and PRN staff will float first to like unit
Patient Experience requirements: Goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, bedside shift report

Well kept rehab unit with all private rooms, new equipment and all room set up as Rehab Suites. 1- Week orientation will be included in contract to ensure the highest quality of care on the Rehab Center and other floors. Current staff on the unit have 4 years or greater experience as RN. Block schedule available per request.
