Schedule & Pay $15-17 per hour (offer dependent on experience) Approximately 30 hours per week Flexible scheduling Off on major holidays and Sundays Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience identifying metals is a plus Scrapyard experience is a plus Must be able to perform physical labor in a yard environment Able to lift at least 50 lbs Comfortable work in various weather conditions Responsibilities Sort and identify different types of scrap metals Assist customers with unloading materials Assemble gaylord boxes, handle pallets and barrels Mark weights and move materials to designated warehouse locations Prepare scrap for shipping (wrapping, banding, palletizing) Maintain a clean and organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, tool organization) Clean and maintain scales Does this sound like the position for you?
