Rather than waiting for leads to appear, you'll proactively identify target accounts, research decision-makers, develop personalized outreach, and help create opportunities for our Business Development team.You'll spend your time:Identifying Target AccountsResearch industrial facilities, manufacturers, refineries, mines, energy producers, and other organizations that align with Redi's services.Finding the Right ContactsIdentify plant managers, engineers, procurement professionals, maintenance leaders, and other decision-makers within those organizations.Building Personalized OutreachUse research, market intelligence, AI tools, and customer insights to craft messaging tailored to each person's role, challenges, priorities, and business needs.Creating ConversationsExecute outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, events, direct mail, and other channels to introduce Redi and start meaningful conversations.Managing Outreach CampaignsTrack engagement, follow up consistently, and manage outreach efforts until an opportunity is qualified, an appointment is scheduled, or the contact is determined to be inactive.Supporting Revenue GrowthCoordinate meetings for Business Development Representatives, support customer engagement events, assist with Lunch & Learns, maintain CRM records, and help improve the systems and processes that support growth.This is not a role where you'll sit back and wait for opportunities to appear.You'll be actively creating them.What Success Looks LikeSuccessful Business Outreach Representatives become experts at opening doors.They understand how to identify opportunity, gain attention, build credibility, create conversations, and connect the right people together.They become trusted partners to the Business Development team and play a direct role in helping the company grow.Success in this role is measured by:Qualified meetings createdOpportunities identified and surfacedOutreach activity and follow- throughRelationship developmentMarket intelligence gatheredContribution to overall revenue growthWho We're Looking ForYou don't need to check every box.What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.You may be a great fit if:You enjoy meeting and talking with new peopleYou're naturally curious and ask good questionsYou like figuring things outYou're competitive and enjoy winningYou're organized and follow through on commitmentsYou're comfortable reaching out to people you don't knowYou enjoy solving problemsYou take ownership of your workYou adapt quickly and embrace feedbackYou're excited about helping build something rather than simply maintaining itExperience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, sales, recruiting, customer success, marketing, account management, hospitality, operations, or business development is helpful, but not required.What You'll LearnThis role is designed to give you exposure to:Business DevelopmentAccount ManagementSales StrategyMarketingCRM SystemsRevenue OperationsMarket IntelligenceIndustrial ServicesYou'll learn how opportunities are identified, qualified, developed, and ultimately turned into revenue.You'll work directly with experienced leaders who will provide coaching, support, systems, and real-world experience to help accelerate your professional development.Potential career paths include:Senior Business Outreach RepresentativeBusiness Development RepresentativeAccount ManagerRevenue Operations SpecialistRevenue Operations LeadershipWhy RediWe're a growing company with a strong reputation, a loyal customer base, and a leadership team committed to building for the long term.We're also committed to improving how we grow.That means you'll be joining a team that values ideas, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
