Media Supervisor

Our client in the agency space is looking for a media supervisor to join their team!
Title: Media Supervisor
Type: Full-Time
Location: NYC
Onsite: Hybrid
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media, highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and a strong critical thinker. This position develops and executes digital and traditional media plans in partnership with in-house buying teams, serving as a paid media leader and trusted advisor for client accounts. What You'll Do • Create and manage digital and traditional media plans that meet client objectives, with an emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Partner with client services and creative teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve KPI goals across media channels.
• Analyze campaign performance data and develop actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with media buying teams to execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring efficient use of media budgets.
• Reconcile media vendor billing on a monthly basis.
• Participate in client meetings, including presentations of media plans and performance reports.
• Lead new vendor procurement by scheduling discovery calls, identifying account-specific applications, and sharing recommendations with internal teams.
• Translate complex campaign analysis into clear, easy-to-understand client reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets across platforms to maximize performance and efficiency.
Requirements • 5+ years of digital media planning experience within an advertising agency environment.
• Experience planning and managing performance media campaigns optimized for e-commerce sales.
• Strong working knowledge of programmatic DSPs, including The Trade Desk.
• Experience with paid social platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
• Familiarity with third-party ad servers such as Google CM360.
• Experience with Google Analytics is preferred.
• Experience managing campaign budgets across multiple media platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
• Experience with Prisma/Mediaocean is a plus.
