Quality Control InspectorSouthern Foodservice Management, a national contact food service company, is now looking to hire a qualified Quality Control Inspector for our FLETC Artesia location in Artesia, New Mexico.We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing the best possible dining experience with a positive and respectful work environment.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Control inspector conducts inspections on quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with Government contract specifications and applicable regulationsInspects all phases of a variety of goods, services and operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisionsEnsures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory mannerCompletes areas assigned by QC Managers to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplishedCommunicates deficiencies to proper personsMaintains Quality Control files, and document results of all inspectionsAbility to organize and conduct ongoing in-service trainingSouthern Foodservice Management's CultureWe have a philosophy for each and every one on our service team to give something extra.
