Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, administering medications, and assisting with daily resident needs, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of everyone in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident health and report changes to the RN or physician

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Kentucky

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
