What You'll Do Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, Business, and specialty insurance solutions. Explain coverage options clearly and help customers make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and preparing quotes to handling objections and closing sales. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and organized follow-up. Develop lasting customer relationships through policy reviews, cross-selling opportunities, and exceptional service. Work toward individual and agency production goals while continuously improving your sales skills. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds. A motivated, competitive mindset with a genuine interest in sales and professional growth. Confidence in making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and asking for the sale. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to obtain and maintain the required Michigan insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
