Role Overview A School Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a positive environment. Key Responsibilities Operate buses and commercial vehicles safely Conduct vehicle inspections Enforce behavior policies Assist students—including those with special needs—maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, following all relevant regulations Qualifications & Skills Proven driving experience, preferably with school buses or paratransit Strong communication skills Mechanical knowledge Valid driver’s license with a clean record Multilingual abilities or experience with children and behavior management are advantageous Additional Details The role offers full-time employment with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid training, and paid time off.
