Leasing Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at our Denton location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective and current residents. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms. Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential renters. Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify applicant information. Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction. Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus. Bi-Lingual strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations. Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
