By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Objects - Senior Analyst to join our team in Peoria, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).ResponsibilitiesThis person will be part of BI team responsible for:Development of BI Reports and dashboardsMaintenance and enhancements of existing reports/dashboardsRequirements, design, development, test and implement the changes to productionWork with customer teams, IT teams and business stake holdersWork with offshore team where neededProvide service support and problem fixes as per service expectations of customerShould be able to support implementation and production support during offhours as neededQualificationsStriong experience (5 to 7 years) in:1. Dashboard design using Lumira or Power BI.2. Business Objects Reporting3. Microsoft Analysis Services with SSRS and Power BI4. SQL Server – SQL and Stored proceduresStrong communication to communicate/coordiante with IT and business stake holdersShould be having Insurance knowledge (atleast basics)Flexibility in learning new technologiesFlexible to provide weekend service support when needed and work with onshore/offshore teamsPreferred to have:1. Microsoft SSIS2.
