Role: Guest Experience Team Member Location: Dash In - Glen Burnie, MD Status: Full-time or Part-time Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight) Company Overview Dash In is a community-focused brand part of the Wills Group family, operating over 50 locations across the Mid‑Atlantic. What You’ll Do Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In. Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible. Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both interior and exterior areas, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas. Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program) 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred) Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older Successful completion of background check and drug screening Ideal Candidates Will Also Have Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software Benefits and Perks For Part‑Time Employees: 500 LIFE Balance Account: Dash In contributes annually for eligible healthcare expenses.
