Sr Scrum Master
Mindlance
Mindlance client is looking for (2) Sr Scrum Masters to support Digital Transformation Programs. Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups).
- Managing and verifying the product backlog.
- Tracking Agile metrics and identifying/resolving impediments.
- nalyzing performance data and automating workflows.
- Overseeing key team activities, including:
- Threat evaluation and system performance assessments.
- Mentoring team members, removing roadblocks, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Supporting proposal efforts and managing team financial planning.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience leading a technical effort.
- Experience in overseeing and/or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Experience with Production Planning activities.
- Experience supporting hiring activities, including interviews and staff planning.
- Familiarity with Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) and CMMI-compliant Gate Reviews, (particularly associated with SRR, PDR and CDR).

- Proven experience leading programs with specific experience in large, complex systems.
