Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software. Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools (security/patching software). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer-service orientation. Roles & Responsibilities Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab and manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot issues on lab/manufacturing PCs. Monitor ticket queue. Work directly with customers on resolving their issues. Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 a Year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
