Elevate student communication skills and make a meaningful impact as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist serving a supportive school community near Marshall, WI. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic environment where you'll work across three buildings—all conveniently located within walking distance on a single campus. Enjoy a streamlined caseload of approximately 44 students from 3rd through 12th grade, with a mix of direct services and consultative support.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working within school settings and familiarity with IEP processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility for managing multiple caseloads
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions to students, serving three buildings within the campus
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide consultative services to ensure comprehensive support for students’ needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and compliance guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and engage in ongoing professional development

This is a contract position with set hours from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM—giving you evenings and weekends free. With manageable caseloads in a collaborative school community, you'll have the opportunity to support students’ growth and success in an accessible, welcoming environment.
