Wellness Assistant

The Wellness Assistant creates a first impression of the Club to members and guests. This position requires a professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Responsible for creating an atmosphere of cordiality and warmth between the Club and its members. Responsible for ensuring that members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient and pleasant manner. Greet each member by name, making them feel welcome. Duties: Responsible for warmly greeting all members as they enter the facility, checking in guests, and assisting with administrative duties. This includes answering calls and providing information as necessary and directing calls to the appropriate staff. Responsible for ordering supplies, processing invoices, and maintaining inventory. Understand & Adapt to the Sawgrass Club Culture. Ability to Perform Basic Clerical Duties with Club Software POS. Establish and Maintain Positive Member Relations. Be able to Provide Resourceful Information to Members about Programs and Services. Cleaning Duties as assigned by Management. Complete any other assigned task given by the Management Staff. Qualifications: Strong written and communication skills Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar position (private club fitness) Good Customer Service aptitude and willing to go the extra mile in satisfying members Professional presentation Microsoft Office suite Benefits: Free Lunch Provided: Fuel up for success.
