Project Manager

To oversee the execution and modernization of a high-visibility Scheduling Event Bus Platform, the remote Project Manager will lead cross-functional delivery teams in an Agile/SAFe environment while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and delivering solutions that meet the needs of the Department of Veterans Affairs and its stakeholders. Key responsibilities Develop and execute agile project plans, leading Agile ceremonies to ensure synchronized delivery Drive the successful delivery and modernization of the Scheduling Event Bus infrastructure using modern DevSecOps practices Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client leaders, maintaining a deep understanding of workflows and challenges Required qualifications Proven experience in project management within an Agile/SAFe environment Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern engineering workflows, including DataOps and AI solutions Strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance standards, such as FAR, FISMA, and NIST Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement Ability to develop and present detailed project documentation and status reports
