Dream Vision Eye Care is a thriving optometry practice founded in 2007, known for delivering high-quality general eye care with a strong focus on myopia management. Backed by a collaborative team of two doctors and eight staff members, the practice offers a supportive, well-structured clinical setting with the resources to deliver exceptional care. Dream Vision Eye Care boasts a large, modern optical and a friendly, attentive staff who create a warm, welcoming experience for patients while supporting a fast-paced, rewarding practice environment.

As an Associate Optometrist in this flourishing practice, you'll look forward to a fulfilling and dynamic day where no two days are the same. You'll care for a diverse patient base, from conducting routine eye exams for children to helping seniors manage age-related vision changes and treating patients with more complex ocular needs. With access to cutting-edge technology, including OCT-A, fundus photography, Humphrey visual fields, RETeval, MYAH, and both automatic and manual phoropters, you'll confidently perform comprehensive exams and deliver precise, personalized care. You'll also enjoy hands-on support from an on-site finishing lab with a Santinelli edger. Working closely with a collaborative, friendly team, you'll build meaningful relationships with patients while creating a seamless and compassionate experience. This part-time role, averaging about 24 hours per week and approximately 10 patients per day, offers the perfect balance of variety, impact, and work-life flexibility.
