DermaVogue is a luxury medical spa specializing in aesthetics, hormone optimization, weight loss, and wellness services. We combine a high-end client experience with exceptional clinical care. We are looking for a professional, polished, and highly organized Receptionist to be the face of our practice and help create an outstanding experience for every client. Duties commonly include greeting clients, managing appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and supporting overall front desk operations.

Position Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients, managing schedules, supporting providers and staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires excellent customer service, strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a luxury, welcoming experience
• Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails professionally
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Check clients in and out
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Educate clients on memberships, promotions, services, and products using approved information
• Monitor provider schedules and assist with schedule optimization
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and administrative tasks
• Support providers and medical assistants as needed
• Follow all office policies, communication standards, and confidentiality requirements
• Help ensure no client is left unattended and that all guests receive prompt assistance

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, salon, spa, or medical office experience preferred
• Med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and payment processing systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
• Sales experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Must be flexible and able to work most Saturdays half day
• Reliable transportation required
