CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs a National Nurse Resident, you'll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won't be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success. Every day, you'll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You'll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you'll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development.
