Senior Project Manager

Senior Project ManagerBWBR is seeking an experienced and driven senior project manager with the ability to lead the design and delivery of complex projects within our healthcare or science & technology markets. You will serve as the primary client liaison and internal team leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest design standards. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community while advancing your career within a collaborative design firm.ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of complex projects from concept through constructionManage multiple concurrent projects ranging from renovations and additions to large-scale ground-up facilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted partnershipsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans; proactively identify and mitigate risksCoordinate with architects and designers as well as external consultants and contractors to ensure integrated, code-compliant project deliveryEnsure quality assurance reviews occur at key project milestonesMentor less experienced staff and contribute to an engaging, collaborative and productive environmentSupport business development initiatives by strengthening client relationships and contributing to proposals and interviewsQualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institutionLicensed Architect in the State of Minnesota preferred.15+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 8 years focused on project management within a specific marketStrong understanding of regulatory requirementsExcellent listening, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with sustainability strategies, high-performance building design, or LEED projectsConstruction administration and field coordination experienceFamiliarity with Deltek software a plusWhy BWBR?BWBR is a people-first organization with a committed team who works together to transform lives through exceptional environments.
