Hassayampa Veterinary Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wickenburg, Arizona.

Our CSR team plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for clients while helping the veterinary team stay organized and efficient throughout the day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and can stay calm and professional in a busy environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting clients and patients with a warm, professional attitude

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls

• Scheduling appointments and assisting with calendar management

• Checking clients in and out for appointments

• Collecting payments and accurately processing transactions

• Updating client and patient information in the practice management system

• Communicating appointment instructions and basic clinic information

• Coordinating messages between clients, veterinarians, and the medical team

• Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area

• Assisting with records requests and other administrative tasks

• Providing compassionate support to clients during routine and emotional situations

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence communicating by phone, email, and in person

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software

• A dependable, team-oriented attitude

• The ability to handle sensitive or emotional client situations professionally

• Reliable transportation to and from the clinic

• Availability for full-time employment

Previous veterinary reception or animal healthcare experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in veterinary medicine are encouraged to apply.

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

• $19–$25 per hour

• Full-Time

• Clinic hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed
