Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with the company’s long-term vision. Represent the firm at industry events and community functions to strengthen our brand presence. Requirements Rhode Island Producer License for Life and Health insurance. Five or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of the insurance brokerage landscape and regional market trends. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding organizational growth targets. Clear and persuasive communication style for high-level relationship management.
