The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We provide training to enhance your knowledge, and you bring your passion and personality. Your Responsibilities: Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
