Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Focus Counseling Support Services, LLC, your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues effectively. \n
- Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and making actionable recommendations for treatment goals. \n
- Delivering focused interventions to patients requiring mental health services, adapting strategies based on individual needs. \n
- Advising primary care providers on suitable referrals for clients who may require specialized mental health services outside the primary care setting. \n
- Implementing follow-ups to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical judgment. \n
- Developing relapse prevention strategies to help maintain patients' stability and foster continued recovery. \n
- Identifying 'at-risk' patients and creating proactive plans to prevent deterioration in their mental health. \n
- Coordinating behavioral health services and linking clients to additional treatment providers with the patient's consent. \n
- Documenting all diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in patient records accurately and timely. \n
- Informing primary care providers of patient progress and collaboratively formulating effective treatment plans. \n
- Empowering patients through education, providing them with self-management skills and resources to actively engage in their recovery process. \n
- Assisting patients with adherence to prescribed medical treatments and providing coping strategies for any medication side effects. \n
- Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct in accordance with the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals. \n
- Performing additional duties as assigned to ensure comprehensive care delivery. \n

Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:

- A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field. \n
- A current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 87,000 and USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
