The goal of this position is to achieve compliance with requirements and take advantage of improving the cost of compliance.Essential Job Functions:Quality Assurance & ComplianceProcess Improvement & Problem SolvingSupplier QualityData Analysis & ReportingCustomer Support & Issue ResolutionJob Skills and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems.Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PPAP, SPC, CAPA).Experience with ERP/MRP systems and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is desirable.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Physical Requirements:Able to work with chemicals and fibers.Able to lift to 25 lbs.Compensation Range: $75,000- 85,000We are committed to a safe, drug-free work environment and pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background checks are required prior to starting.
