This is a hands-on role involving demolition, water extraction, and equipment setup. Paid training is available for the right candidateso whether you bring prior experience in construction/demolition or are ready to learn a new trade, this could be a great fit./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist with water damage mitigation, including water extraction and structural drying/liliSet up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers/liliPerform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials/liliDocument job progress with moisture readings, photos, and written notes/liliMaintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle/liliComplete required forms and checklists accurately/liliCommunicate professionally with customers and teammates/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED./liliMust maintain a valid Drivers License maintain a good driving record/liliPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment or team assistance/liliComfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.)/liliStrong attention to detail and time management/liliPositive attitude and willingness to learn/liliBackground in demolition or construction preferred/liliIICRC WRT certification a plus (not requiredtraining available)/li/ulh3Benefits/Perks/h3ulliPTO/liliPaid Training/liliGrowth and Career Advancement Opportunities/li/ulpCompensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour/p/div
