Required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Active/applicable license for the state of Colorado CPR certification 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; zero years of experience minimum Preferred Qualifications Successful previous assignment with the agency or organization desired Existing experience with outpatient therapy advantageous Additional Information Evaluates all assigned patients, develops and implements treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directives, and completes medical record documentation accurately and timely.
