Physical Therapist

Houlton, ME | Dover, ME | Brownville, ME
Four-Day Work Week

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team serving patients across Houlton, Dover, and Brownville, Maine . This position offers a four-day work week , providing excellent work–life balance while rotating between locations.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a patient-centered clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and across multiple locations
