Job Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager

Meet the team:

Client Software R&D Technical program management manages development and implementation of exciting new products and product change. Our team oversees multiple interconnected, complex projects, coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, and is focused on delivering. We monitor the program from initiation through commercialization including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending to ensure successful program outcomes. We develop, define and execute project plans, identify resources, define and assign major roles, and interface with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, as needed.

Where you come in

• Lead technical projects across cross-functional teams including software, hardware and firmware, ensuring alignment with sustaining efforts and delivery schedules.
• Provide program level support to leadership across operational initiatives such as monthly updates, planning & forecasting, and ad hoc short-term critical project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and manage tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, change control processes, and deliverables.
• Ensure project strategy and execution comply with Dexcom procedures, regulatory standards, and industry requirements.
• Act as liaison between key program stakeholders and internal/external partners.
• Define software roadmaps in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, UX and development teams.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through cross-functional engagement.

• Experience working in a medical device, healthcare, or other federally regulated industry

Additional Requirements

• Ability to support and collaborate across multiple time zones including India, EMEA, and U.S. Pacific Time
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Ability to rapidly onboard into existing programs and assume ownership

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
