Fire Watch/Welders HelperLennox AES has immediate position available for Fire Watch/Welders Helper to assist Certified Welders.What You Will Be DoingAssist certified welders with daily welding tasksProvide Firewatch duties for weldersReceive training and be capable of extinguishing fires.Ability to travel throughout the U.S. on 3 to 4 week deployment cyclesLearn safety policies and deploy proper safety equipment for welding dutiesAbility to become authorized and operate scissor liftsWork with Welder's closely to ensure work performance is metWhat We Are Looking ForAbility to work overtimeWillingness to travel: 100% (Required)Work Location: On the roadLanguage: English (Required)License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)National Background CheckRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experienceEmployment Pre-requisites (ALL Candidates)Pass a pre-employment drug screeningHave a clean driving record and valid driver's license to operate company vehicleWork after hoursAbility and willingness to travel frequently throughout the U.S.What We OfferCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $18/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
