Job Summary We need a Registered Nurse to support our healthcare teams at CUMC-Bergan Campus 77th & Mercy Urology Clinic. The position offers up to a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid in full after 30 days of employment. Location & Schedule Location: CUMC-Bergan Campus 77th & Mercy – Urology Clinic Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; no weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties Responsibilities Perform general nursing care following established clinic workflows. Provide specialty nursing care as related to the practice. Obtain patient consent for care and maintain confidentiality. Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors; assess disease conditions. Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations. Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer medications, monitor and document treatment progress. Consult with physicians, other health providers, and community resources to address patient concerns. Educate patients and families on health status, maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Document assessment and intervention data using established medical record systems. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Track quality assurance data and monitor acute and chronic care management. May act as team lead for other nursing staff. Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
