New Journeys Program Supervisor We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to six employees. In this key role, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15‑40 who face psychosis and related challenges. You will also develop your skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage up to six program staff members. Develop and deliver training and professional development for staff. Ensure high quality, client‑centered care for individuals aged 15‑40 with psychosis. Coordinate assessment and service planning. Connect clients and families with vital community resources. Educate clients and families about psychosis and skill building for symptom management, communication, and problem solving. Maintain program documentation and compliance with state regulations. Qualifications License or in the process of obtaining a WA State license: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor. Successful completion of fingerprinting and background checks.
