Credit And Collections Representative

Insight Global is looking to hire a Credit And Collections Representative for a large customer. This role is fully remote but looking for someone that sits in PST or MST time zones. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• Contact customers regarding payment status
• Answering incoming customer calls -- high volume
• Assist with customers and profit centers to get disputed invoices resolved
• Assist general contractors for specific jobs and make arrangements for joint checks
• Update and amend customer maintenance information
• Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor
