Folino Estate Winery is looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates in our Bottle Shop. As a Retail Associate, you'll provide exceptional guest service, offer personalized wine recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.Job Overview:Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide outstanding customer serviceAssist guests as they shop within the Bottle Shop, answering questions and locating itemsSuggest additional items to enhance guests' purchasesMust have weekend availabilityQualifications:Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer serviceHigh School diploma or equivalentStrong knowledge of merchandise currently being offeredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, reliable, and motivatedBasic math skills and ability to use a cash registerPatience when dealing with difficult guestsProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsA team player with a "can do" attitudeHigh level of customer service skillsAbility to listen and communicate effectively with guests and team membersOutgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with peopleCommitment to excellence and high standardsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsDuties and Responsibilities:Sell merchandise from the Bottle Shop in a fast-paced environmentDeliver outstanding guest service to retain and gain customersWork flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPerform daily opening and closing proceduresAssist in maintaining the appearance of the Bottle ShopParticipate in meetings and marketing eventsContribute to wine tasting, wine, and gift shop sales goalsMaintain open and clear communication as a strong team playerBenefitsCompetitive compensation packagePTO and Wellness DaysMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance options401k program with company matchCompany dining programEmployee discountsClear path for growth and career advancementExcellent opportunity with growing brand
